CS-Cart Wallet System Addon

CS-Cart Wallet System is a special add-on for your online store. It allows customers to add money to their wallets and use it when they buy things. The store owner (Admin) can also add money to a customer's wallet if needed. The tool makes it easy for both the store admin and the customers to see all the money transactions that happen in the wallet.

The add-on also supports automatic refunds for failed orders, ensuring smooth wallet transactions on your platform. Enjoy hassle-free crediting, debiting, and wallet activities with this user-friendly add-on. use your wallet money and choose a payment method at the same time when you're checking out.

With this addon, we provide two additional free add-ons Transfer Wallet Cash to Account and Convert Reward points to Wallet Cash.

How To Install Wallet System Addon

How to Upload  Zip file 

On the Downloaded Addons page, click on >> Gear button then go to Manual installation. A pop window will be displayed You can install an add-on by picking a tgz,gz,zip format archive and clicking Upload & Install.

After Successfully installing the add-on Goto >Add-on on the administration panel Add-on>Manage Add-on>Ecarter Technology Pvt. ltd. You see no. of installed add-ons or newly installed add-ons and add-ons must be Active/On status if the addon is Off it is not working.

Configuration

Let's check how the add-on Settings works

1. Open the addon.
2. Go to the general tab.
3. Item for menu:  you can directly access the wallet page in the Marketing menu through this link.
4. Switch on the settings tab.
5. Go to the Wallet Management settings under the settings tab.
6. Allow user to Recharge in wallet: if the admin selects the ‘Yes’ then allow the user to recharge in the wallet, if the admin selects the ‘No’ then users cannot recharge in the wallet.
7. Minimum Recharge Amount: Admin can set the minimum recharge amount.
8. Maximum Recharge Amount: Admin can set the maximum recharge amount.
9. Payment methods allow when recharge the wallet: Only the selected payment method allows recharge from the wallet.
10. Manage wallet according to user groups: Allow the admin to decide which groups of users can use the wallet.
11. Switch on the wallet refund settings under the settings tab.
12. Auto Refund of orders paid by wallet: if admin selects the ‘Yes’, then If your order status fails, the money will be refunded to your wallet, if admin selects the ‘No’ then if your order status fails, the money won't be refunded to your wallet.
13. Refund By Wallet on selected payment method: You can see the 'Refund by Wallet' button on orders paid with the chosen payment method.
14. Order status change after successful refund: order status change after refund.

How to add this addon to the layout

1. Go to the Design menu.
2. Select the layouts >> layouts.
3. Switch on the checkout tab.
4. Click on the (+) icon.
5. Select the add block.
6. Adding block page will be open.
7. Switch on the Create new block.
8. Select the template.
9. Enter the name of the template.
10. Select the template.
11. Click on the Create button.
12. You can see here create the block.
13. Open the block.
14. Enter the name of block.
15. Select the block template.
16. Click on the save button.

How to work this addon

1. Go to the administration.

2. Select the statuses.

3. Choose order status complete.

4. Enable the grant wallet recharge.

5. Click on the save button.

6. Go to the storefront.

7. Click on the My Account.

8. Select My Wallet.

9. The wallet transaction page will be open.

10. Here current wallet amount.

11. Click on the Recharge Wallet.

12.  Enter the money for wallet recharge.

13. Click on the recharge.

14. Here you see the wallet recharge amount on the checkout page.

15. Select the payment method.

16. Click on the place order.

17. Go to the order menu in the admin panel.

18. Select the view orders.

19. Change the order status as complete to recharge the user's wallet.

20. After changing the order status, you see the credit wallet amount on the storefront's wallet transaction page.

21. You see the credit wallet amount on the wallet transaction page in the wallet under the Marketing menu on the admin panel.

22. After the place order click on the order detail.

23. You can see the use payment method for this order.

24. Go to the order menu in the admin panel

25. Select the view order.

26. Open the order.

27. You can see the wallet recharge information.

28. Admin can add the credit and debit on the wallet transaction page in the wallet under the marketing menu.

29. Click on the (+) icon.

30. Enter the amount.

31. Enter the reason.

32. Choose the user.

33. Select the credit and debit.

34. And then click on the credit and debit button.

35. Go to the storefront.

36. Select any product.

37. Click on the Add To Cart.

38. Click on the checkout.

39. Check the wallet checkbox for applied cash from the wallet.

40. Click on the place order.

41. Click on the order detail.

42. You can see the payment from your wallet.

43. You see the debit wallet amount on the wallet transaction page in the storefront.

44. You see the debit wallet amount on the wallet transaction page in the wallet under the marketing menu.

45. Open the order in the order menu.

46. Change the order status to fail.

47. Click on the refund by wallet.

48. Open the pop window.

49. Click on the refund.

50. Here you see the order is refunded by wallet in order ID.

 How partial wallet payment will apply

1. Wallet amount applied for this order.
2. Also, select the payment method.
3. After applying the wallet amount and payment method, you see the total order amount.
4.  Here you see the payable amount.
5. Click on the order detail.
6. Here you see both paid from wallet and payment method.
