CS-Cart Warehouse Add-on: Multi-Location Stock
A warehouse is a large space where things are stored. it's like a giant storage room where companies keep products or goods until they need them.
The CS-Cart Warehouse Add-on: Multi-Location Stock lets store owners manage inventory across multiple physical warehouse and store locations from a single CS-Cart admin. You create each warehouse with a name and address, control which locations customers can see and ship or pick up from, and set per-location stock quantities directly from the Quantity tab on the product editing page. Warehouse details are also shown on the order detail page in the backend so staff can see where an order's stock is held. It suits stores that hold products in more than one location, run store pickup or pickup points, and need accurate, location-specific stock levels.
A warehouse is a large space where things are stored. it's like a giant storage room where companies keep products or goods until they need them. Warehouses can store anything from clothes to electronics. They help businesses keep track of their inventory and manage their supplies efficiently. When a product is made or purchased, it is often stored in a warehouse until it is ready to be sent to a store or directly to a customer. Warehouses are crucial in ensuring products are available when people want them.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Warehouse add-on handle stock across multiple locations?
You add each warehouse with a name and address, then set the available quantity for every store and warehouse from the Quantity tab on the product editing page. This gives you separate, per-location stock levels instead of a single combined figure.
Can I use it for store pickup or pickup points?
Yes. Each location has a 'Located in rate area' setting that determines pickup cost and time, plus 'Show to' and 'Ship to' controls that decide where customers can find and choose that store or pickup point during checkout.
Which CS-Cart versions does it support, and does it work with Multi-Vendor?
It supports CS-Cart and CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.8.x through 4.18.x. This is Add-on Version 1.0, and it is supported for future CS-Cart versions as well.
