Refund Policy


Ecarter will not offer refund for the purchased Add-ons. Customer Must Ensure that they had checked the Add-on Demo and Blog before the purchase. Also, We provide Pre-Sale queries to resolve the doubt's.


We offer refunds if we are unable to solve the problem in Ecarter's extension/module/plugins as advertised in the user guide and product demo. It is mandatory that the customer must provide us with server access including [ GIT OR FTP access ].


Refunds do not include any extended feature, conflict with other plugins and software.


In case of theme or template incompatibility customers need to provide the server access [ GIT or FTP details ] and we will ensure that our modules/plugins/extensions are fully compatible with Ecarter extensions.


If our software is not working properly as advertised in the user guide and product demo and we are unable to fix the problem, in that case, the customer may also request a refund as a credit. Which they may use in another Ecarter's product/service purchase.


To request a refund please share the details at our customer support system. We will ensure that you will get the refund within 5 business days.

Customers must ensure that they have deleted all the copies/files of Ecarter software from their server/host. Also, they need to confirm the same via email.


Refunds will not be granted in case of installation and customization or consultancy services.
