Vendor Password Field

The CS-Cart Vendor Password Field add-on gives marketplace admins complete control over how and when vendor password fields appear during vendor registration and first login. With the Select Input Field option, administrators can choose the exact spot in the vendor profile or registration form where the Password and Confirm Password fields should display. This allows vendors to create and verify their own passwords at signup, reducing confusion and login issues.

An optional setting, Vendor Password Update, can be enabled to require vendors to change their password upon their first login—boosting overall account security. This add-on improves vendor onboarding and reinforces secure vendor account management within your CS-Cart Multi-Vendor marketplace. It’s fully compatible with CS-Cart’s Standard, Plus, and Ultimate editions, ensuring seamless integration and better vendor account protection.
