Admins can fully customize the chat window—title, description, icon, colors, welcome message—and define agent contact settings like Telegram account ID, contact status, logo, button text, and more.
When support agents get context about the visitor, they can respond quickly, increasing satisfaction and reducing response friction. The add-on also allows for “unavailable” status display, control of when the chat opens, and layout placement.
