WhatsApp Chat Support Add-on for CS-Cart allows customers to connect with support teams quickly through WhatsApp. A WhatsApp icon appears on the storefront, making it easy to start a chat. The add-on supports separate settings for the main store and individual vendors, so each seller can manage their own WhatsApp support.

The add-on includes both admin and vendor-level controls. Admin manages global settings, layout placement, redirection options, and vendor plan permissions. Vendors can update their own support number, contact image, chat text, colors, and display options from the vendor panel.

Customers either get redirected directly to WhatsApp Web or see a chat box with preset text, image, and color settings. This setup ensures quick communication, faster query resolution, and a smooth support experience through a trusted messaging platform.

  • Admin-Level WhatsApp Settings: Provides global settings for the store to manage WhatsApp support.
